Naide Luican - Massage
Naide graduated with a degree in Physical Education and Sports from UNEFS Bucharest. Also the masseur technician course. She is a teacher of Physical Education and sports and an introductory basketball coach.
For 8 years she practiced performance volleyball, where she developed her ability to work in a team, discipline, and perseverance. In her free time, she chooses to go hiking and SUP Board ride to keep fit, among Naide's passions we can distinguish swimming, skiing, and travel.
Naide believes that she can help people through massage, eliminating muscle tension, thus reducing muscle pain and improving well-being.

Roberta Andreea Marin - Pilates Instructor
Roberta Andreea is a dedicated member of the Timeout Pilates team, guided by the conviction that true strength begins with mobility and body awareness. She transforms training into a long-term discipline, emphasizing functional movement and life quality.
Background and Expertise
With over 5 years of experience in bodywork, Roberta has developed a deep understanding of biomechanics, focusing on releasing tension and building lasting stability. Her approach is ideal for those seeking a strong body, capable of moving freely and without restrictions.

In her free time, Roberta explores the body's limits through activities that require both strength and flexibility. She dedicates time to specialized reading on nutrition and recovery, maintaining that a healthy lifestyle is based on the balance between effort and recuperation.

Victor Constantin - Pilates
Victor finished the Physical Education and Sports Bachelor program at UNEFS Bucharest, he is a licensed Personal Trainer since 2015. He is a basketball coach for 8 years and has practiced 10 years of performance basketball where he has developed the ability to work in a team, discipline, and a positive attitude.
During his free time, he plays basketball to keep himself in shape, among Victor's passions we can distinguish skiing, swimming, and traveling.
The opportunity to share his knowledge in working individually with clients with pilates but also to observe the daily progress they make gives Victor the greatest satisfaction in his Pilates instructor career.
Victor believes that Pilates exercises are a very enjoyable way to improve your coordination and keep you fit, as well as practicing mindfulness exercises to give you clarity of thought and well-being.

Luiza Motriuc - Pilates & Masaj
Luiza is a former performance athlete in Artistic Gymnastics and Judo, a graduate of the National University of Physical Education and Sport, licensed in the Judo sport branch and a graduate of the Master's program - Physical Education and Leisure Time Motor Activities. She is also a certified massage technician, a massage therapist and a Pilates and Stick Workout instructor.
In her spare time she enjoys hiking and rock climbing, kayaking, running and keeping fit with various fitness workouts and a balanced diet.
Her passions include travelling, tennis, dancing and outdoor physical activities.
Whether it's stress, insomnia, incorrect body posture, muscle and joint pain, or actually the need to relax, through customized massage techniques (suited to each individual's need), I will remove the discomfort my clients experience and induce both physical and mental well-being.
As a Pilates instructor, I aim to help clients improve their lifestyle by practicing exercises that help correct posture, increase joint mobility and muscle flexibility and improve coordination (inter-segmental and intra-muscular).
